====== Fee & payment ======

Because of our limited budget, we usually do not cover traveling expenses and meals.

This year we ask a conference fee of __**100 Euros per participant**__, to cover some of the expenses. The rest of the costs enlisted below is covered by our sponsors.  The __**€100**__ fee includes:
  * accommodation
  * meals
  * participation in the conference
 
You can pay the conference fee :

  * by cash, the first day of the conference.
  * by bank transfer. Information for bank transfer are given in the e-mail you'll recieve after your registration.
