Fee & payment

Because of our limited budget, we usually do not cover traveling expenses and meals.

This year we ask a conference fee of 100 Euros per participant, to cover some of the expenses. The rest of the costs enlisted below is covered by our sponsors. The €100 fee includes:

• accommodation
• meals
• participation in the conference

You can pay the conference fee :

• by cash, the first day of the conference.
• by bank transfer. Information for bank transfer are given in the e-mail you'll recieve after your registration.
