The conference is going to be held at the Karazin Kharkiv National University named after V.N. Karazin from April 5th to April 9th 2011.

Transportation from Kiev to Kharkiv and the way back will be organized by bus.

If you prefer to go to Kharkiv on your own:

By plane
All airplanes generally land in the capital city of Ukraine - Kiev (Kyiv) that is located 600 km from Kharkiv. There is a Kharkiv airport, which has been repaired and modernized recently (preparation to Euro2012) but still there are not many flights to Kharkiv.

By bus
There are also buses from Borispol airport to Kharkiv. It will take 6 hours to go by bus (a bit tiring). Now we are working on arrangement a bus transfer for participants from Kiev-Borispol to Kharkiv and backward.

By train
You can also travel by train from Kiev Railway station to Kharkiv. There are lots of trains every day. The most convenient is express # 164 Kiev-Kharkiv. The time of the departure is 17-30 every day. The tickets should be bought two weeks before (prices 10 Euro – 2nd class, 14 Euro – 1st class).

The participants will be accommodated in the “MIR” hotel in the centre of Kharkiv. The hotel is approximately 2,5 km from the Kharkiv National University where the Conference will be held. The nearest metro station “Botanicheskiy Sad” (Botanic Garden) is 1 min. walk from the hotel and two metro stops from University (7 min. by underground). Note that most of the rooms are double rooms and toilet and shower are shared. Breakfast is included at the price.

Attendance of this Conference is free for two representatives of each show, including accommodation for 6 nights. However, because of our limited budget, we are not able to reimburse traveling expenses. We are also not able to reimburse the accommodation of the extra members of the shows. The support for the enthusiastic people who still do not have a show will be decided case by case.
