The conference will be held at the University of Bergen from April 16th to April 21st 2012.

Transport and logistics

There is an airport in Bergen: Bergen Flesland Airport (BGO). Transfer connection in Oslo is difficult when coming from abroad (custom issues) so we recommend to transit via Copenhagen (Denmark), Frankfurt (Germany) and Amsterdam (The Netherlands). A bus service exists from the Airport to the city (every 15 min) with 4 bus stops in the center (one way ticket 95NOK, return ticket 150 NOK)

Financial Arrangements

Attendance of this Conference is free for two representatives of each show, including accommodation for 5 nights, from monday to saturday. However, because of our limited budget, we are not able to reimburse traveling expenses. We are also not able to reimburse the accommodation of the extra members of the shows. The support for the enthusiastic people who still do not have a show will be decided case by case.
